Shoe colour changes type of Shoe - Uniforms?

If I change the colour of the heels it’s like it covers part of the foot, like it’s a different shoe, the colour is the same? As seen in video.

@Ana (Something for Ana I assume, doesn’t look like she has a forum account so if someone can show her this, thanks.)
