you can add a business for the sale of real estate and yet to add goods for sale a flower and gift shop and a burgen
I thought of this when i played the game, good idea.
Good idea
- Interest: Introduces property trading and investment gameplay.
- Equipment: Office setup, property listings, meeting areas.
- Services: Buying, selling, renting properties; property management.
Any news on when the real estate component will get revamped? I wouldnt mind consulting the developpers for free on the topic of simulation and balancing with the rest of the game

weâd have to discuss the desired end result of course - generally speaking real estate should be another venue for people to allocate their capital and a source of pride (much like if not more than the fancy cars in the game), of course it shouldnât outshine the business side of the game which can be achieved through the market yields of property types, locations, condition and financing terms, and shouldnât be very micro managy like the businesses to the extent of picking furniture for rental units. I will monitor this thread if anyone has questions I could answer
