Hello everyone. I’d like to start by saying that I’m really surprised by the game. I’m really enjoying it, almost 30 hours in. I’m here to seek help.
I tried to record a video to have more background information to show the error I’m making.
Yesterday I was playing normally, progressing without any problems, but today I can’t access my save anymore. I start to continue my save, and it gets stuck in an infinite loading state. I even let it load for 20 minutes, reached 100%, and didn’t load. It didn’t crash or anything, it just got stuck on the loading screen without even allowing me to use the debug tool to send a report. Does anyone know a way to solve this problem, as I don’t want to lose my save and start over.
PS: I tried creating a new game and was able to start normally. I also tried loading my old save, but it didn’t work. I saw a Steam thread about uninstalling and reinstalling, and that didn’t help (HELP My Game Won't Start (Including Mac Flickering/Black Screen) :: Big Ambitions General Discussions). Lastly, I tried reducing all processing power on my laptop to see if it had any effect, and it didn’t help either.
PS2: I have a Galaxy Book 3 and use Windows.
