So currently the traffic is a bit aggressive in some ways, and it would feel more realistic and more forgiving when passing through a orange/redlight that just changed with some minor changes:

Traffic light switches should have a small delay (when light A becomes red, light B becomes green instantly and this causes traffic to be a bit unrealistic and respond a bit too aggressive)
Realistic traffic lights have a small delay for the other lights to jump to green. (less possibility of hitting crossing traffic) -
Cars should have a randomized response delay when traffic light becomes green (not everyone reacts at the same speed, makes traffic feel more natural when crossing once it is green)

Maybe reduce the speed of AI driving cars a tiny bit more? (its incredibly hard to overtake
when other cars are driving nearly the same speed as player, especially when opposite lane is very busy) -
Increase the stopping distance a little more between cars/objects (now they are practically leaving no space between your car and theirs which can cause “accidents” very easily)
