I can’t sell my Real Estate, even for 3B, when I’ve bought it for 3.3B.

have you tried writting it like this

3,300,000,000
or
3.300.000.000

3

It accepts 2000000000 just fine.

I’ll have the devs look into this - based on the fact that 2billion works, I think it’s an integer limitation based on the way that menu is reading the numbers!
