At the moment our business empire is operating absolutely fine even if we sit at our apartmant for 1000s of in game days.
Just to make it a bit more realistic make it “mandatory” to do some exectutive work to have our business running optimal. e.g.: we have to spend a minimum 5 hours \ week in the HQ otherwise the Employees skill start to shrink (at least the HQ employees). or we have to do a meeting (even if its a digital one). or whatever.
Or have to employ a CEO \ COO to do it.
Even the Apple Inc CEO goes into his office sometimes to do some work. it seems a bit weird that that if we have a HR manager, we can sleep through 1000s of days, without visiting (in person or online) the business(es) and nothing going to happens, but everything is still working just as before.
