How can I change the sandbox settings after having already started the game?

I think it would make sense because you wouldn’t be able to use the new feature that you can’t damage your car anymore without starting a new game, which most people probably don’t want to do. Personally, I would like to use it to turn on Hunger for a short time to play the story.
