Background in menus is bright

Hello!

Whenever I open a game menu such as bizman or the contacts page or the time skip page, there is a weird extremely bright white light which prevents me from seeing anything else in the game.

Can anyone tell me why this could be happening, and how I can fix it?

Go to Options > Others then select “static background image for phone apps” and I think this will help with your issue a lot!
